It has been so fun to decorate a room for our little boy.
Although there is a lot more to be done I'm happy with the progress.
I need to get over my chevron obsession.
But I can't help and think of the little guy laying on this.
And of course we had to include something with a motor.
Kevin bought this dresser for me for Mothers Day.
I painted it and put new hardware on it and it's good as new.
Infact, we think it was brand new when we bought it.
Speaking of chevron....
Remember my curtains from my kitchen?
Yep! Same process except I did use 3 different colors of paint to do more of an Ombre
But...It's kind of hard to see in the picture..
{And when there is light shining through them}
That would be our {beautiful} crib!
Thanks to my RcWilley hookup we were able to get exactly what I wanted. haha
Lucky for us it turns into a toddler bed as well.
There hasn't been much progress lately but I'm starting to get back into the groove.
I made a pennant banner out of burlap {some of which have mustaches on them}
And my fun "Hello Sunshine" sign.
And it you peek real close you will see my childhood teddybear {Oatmeal}
I am hoping to get this room all done by the end of October.
Wish me luck.
