Surprise!

In the spring of 2012 we decided that it was time to sell our first home.

Kevin needed to be closer to school.

Our HOA was getting a bit ridiculous.

And...I would rather sell now than right when Kevin is graduating.

So we sold our cute cute townhouse.

It was sad but we are excited on where we are now!

We found a cute new town home to rent in Orem.

Now Kevin is 10 minutes from campus.

Hallelujah!

We are about the same distance from work.

And our landlords are the best...EVER!

I need to take more pictures but for now you see the kitchen.

We were able to use the connections I have at work and update the countertops.

I just did it for the sink :)

I am proud to say that I did the backsplash all by myself!

I love how everything turned out.

I really do love the functionality of granite.

And an undermount sink.
